We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. hell, i have nothing against scene kids unless they're total dicks.
but if you call yourself scene it's like wearing a sign that says poser. :l
and.. that's what this stamp is doing.

Well to me scene is more of a fashion genre than a social label. I mean the emo label speaks for itself, goth = antisocial (that's not MY opinion, just the general view) and scene is... well, individuality, cool hair, myspace addicts? See what I mean? Oh and for the dicks, that's a personality, it has nothing to do with how someone looks. Assholes are assholes, whether they be prep, goth, emo, indie, gangsta, whatever.
Not to argue semantics or anything. And I just thought the stamp was funny, but my humor is rather satiric.
But "Scene" is definitively a look, mainly focused on hairstyles. So you can't really not call yourself scene if you go and do your hair in a look that is obviously seen as scene (lol).
Like me, I'm just my random self, but I usually say I'm closer to scene than anything else if we must use labels. But then again, if one views scene as aesthetic individuality (with that asian cultural overtone), then that would make me scene huh?
But then again, that's just MY opinion. And I probably overthink these things.
