The EpicentreLike a black hole, it draws the masses.
Flashes of metal, the smell of leather
The sound of boots and low chatter
Fill the space like a fluid.

We're in there, among them.
Brushing shoulders with dark strangers
Tasting the late summer night
On hot, expectant tongues.

The dark pulses with an electric surge
And suddenly there is blinding colour
Washing us over, and over
Igniting a thrill inside.

I take your hand and we rush forward
The crowd tightens, we seize the gaps
Weave 'round curved spines and locked lips

I haven't done a photo-manipulation in a looong time.

The "Joker" here is my friend Luke - on our last day of college on Friday, we had to come in fancy dress (I was a Victorian wench); there were so many amazing costumes! :'D
The best part is, he didn't rent any clothes for his outfit. I really want to see his whole wardrobe. o:
