Gahhh ~ . It's the end of August, and while we're celebrating great pieces, we're also either entering school or have already been in it for a few weeks. Could this new development equate to a shorter amount of submissions...?
In any case, thanks for always sticking with us and allowing us to feature your artworks ^o^! We hope you enjoy these great stamps .

So, since it won the poll this week and since it is VERY important to me (since I'm bisexual) I'm doing this week's art feature on LGBTQ art. If anyone wonders, I left out asexual since I'll give that an art feature of its own as it is extremely under represented.
Homophobia isn't cool and these artists as well as the people in the photos took a big risk to put themselves out there. Make sure to show them LOTS of love. Even if the artwork isn't your favourite, I assure that they don't get enough support for being who they are which is something that most of us take for granted.
Remember: You get what you give, so give some love!

Stamp Kingdom News [Feb/March]
Hello, figured it would be nice if you heard from me, so you know I'm not dead and haven't given up on the group, I'm just very slow getting back into the routine of being on here, making art and wading through my inbox :P
I'd like to share a neat little tutorial on stamp making from a stamp maker of some time now, Kezzi-Rose (https://www.deviantart.com/kezzi-rose)
:bigthumb422589399:
It's a simple guide through the various stages of stamp construction, and shows a nice combination of text and original graphics (as I always encourage stamp makers to try and create original content and resist the temptation to paste pre-existing images into stamp templates with no other ador

Your beauty cast a heat
deep into my weary bones,
and it turned the marrow
to ash.
I’d never known a hurt so fondly.
The wind of your laugh
could carry me far away.
Perhaps the bees would gather
my dust in their wings
and show me worlds I’ve never seen.
But there are worlds in your hands as well.
And if you held me close,
held my hands in yours,
perhaps I could find what I’ve been looking for.
Maybe if you held my ashes,
let my dust run through your fingers,
I could understand the language of your skin.
My blood is thick with the skeletons of roses;
their petals are scattered in my brain.
If you don’t speak
